Admissions

Admission Policy For New Students

General Conditions for Admission

  1.  Every student has an acceptable ethical standard.
  2.  In the University classes, no class should have more than 20 students
  3.  Certified copy of the result of the final exam must be attached along with the entry form.
  4.  ‘B’ form, two recent photos, birth certificate and ID card copy of the student or their guardian must be
    attached with a copy of the form.
  5.  It is better to attach all the copies of documents with the entry form.

 

    1. Memorization Language Course (Each Language)
    2.  4 Year Metric/O-Level System
      1.  The student’s age should not be more than 13 years.
      2. Primary level proficiency in Urdu, English and Maths.
      3.  Proficiency of memorization should be strong. The basis for this that one chapter of the Quran be
        recited with excellence. Hafiz will be given priority. (There will be a test for memorization as
        well)
      4.  In this capacity an examination to test the student’s mental capability will also be taken. In this
        test the candidate will be given a text (hadith etc.) which they will memorize and recite
        immediately.
      5.  There will be a written exam as well, in which general information, Urdu reading and writing,
        mathematics and English are included.

 

    1. Year III
      1.  A potential of the 7th grade is preferred. However a 6th grade potential will also be taken into
        consideration. The result of previous levels will have to be presented and a test will be conducted
        on it.
      2.  The student’s age should not exceed 15 years. However, a 16 year old student will be considered
        (due to less capacity in classes, only high potential candidates will be admitted)
      3.  Priority will be given to students who have memorized the Quran.
      4.  A single party may not exceed 20 in the number of participants.
      5. Urdu spelling and dictation ability must be reasonable.

 

    1. Language course Year IV (Arabic Language)
      1. The student’s age should not exceed 16 years. However, a 17 year old student will be considered
      2. Priority will be given to students who have memorized the Quran.
      3. A party may not exceed 20 in the number of participants. If there are two parties, they will
        distributed according to their age.
      4. Student must have completed Metric/O-Level or contemporary middle school, the grades certificate of which
        must be submitted at the time of admission, and a test would be conducted. Student should have
        atleast 70% in Middle school and 60% at similar levels.
      5. An intelligence test exam will be taken, which will test the student’s mental level.
      6. Urdu spelling and dictation ability must be reasonable.

 

    1. Class l
      1. The student’s age should not exceed 17 years. However, an 18 year old student will be considered
      2. Priority will be given to students who have memorized the Quran.
      3. A party may not exceed 20 in the number of participants. If there are two parties, they will
        distributed according to their age.
      4. Student must have completed Metric/O-Level or contemporary middle school, the grades certificate of which
        must be submitted at the time of admission, and a test would be conducted. Student should have
        atleast 70% in Middle school and 60% at similar levels.
      5. It is important to be familiar with the Arabic language.
      6. An intelligence test exam will be taken, which will test the student’s mental level.
      7. Urdu spelling and dictation ability must be reasonable.

 

    1. Class ‘Sania
      1. Only the syntax capabilities are strong. (With reference to the grade the student is in)
      2. Student must have completed Metric/O-Level or contemporary middle school, the grades certificate of which
        must be submitted at the time of admission. However, a test will not be conducted. Student should
        have atleast 70% in Middle school and 60% at similar levels.
      3. Along with grammar of the Arabic language, its proficiency should also be good. (With reference to
        the grade the student is in)
      4. Urdu letters, dictation and spelling are better.
      5. The student’s age should not exceed 18 years. However, a 19 year old student will be considered
      6. Memorization of the Quran would be preferable.
      7. The memorization of the Quran of the student must be strong (the details of which are mentioned
        above) or must be read in a proper way.

 

    1. Class Salsa
      1. Must have passed in Class Sania with with 70% grades.
      2. The student’s age should not exceed 19 years. However, a 20 year old student will be considered
      3. Memorization of the Quran would be preferable.
      4. The memorization of the Quran of the student must be strong (the details of which are mentioned
        above) or must be read in a proper way.
      5. Spellings should be extremely strong and letters and dictation should be better.
      6. Arabic should be perfect
      7. Complete command over syntax.
      8. Examination will be taken on important books (Muktasar-AlQaduri, Ilm-Seegha, Hidayat-ul-Nooh)

 

    1. Class Rabia
      1. Must have passed in Class Sania with with 70% grades.
      2. The student’s age should not exceed 20 years. However, a 21 year old student will be considered
      3. Memorization of the Quran would be preferable.
      4. The memorization of the Quran of the student must be strong (the details of which are mentioned
        above) or must be read in a proper way.
      5. Spellings should be extremely strong and letters and dictation should be better.
      6. Arabic accent should be stiff
      7. Complete command over syntax.
      8. Examination will be taken on important books (Kanz-ul-Daqaik, Kafia, Usool-e-Shaashi)

 

    1. Class Khamsa
      1. Must have passed in Class Rabia with with 70% grades.
      2. The student’s age should not exceed 21 years. However, a 22 year old student will be considered
      3. Memorization of the Quran would be preferable.
      4. The memorization of the Quran of the student must be strong (the details of which are mentioned
        above) or must be read in a proper way.
      5. Spellings should be extremely strong and letters and dictation should be better.
      6. Arabic accent should be stiff
      7. Complete command over syntax.
      8. Examination will be taken on important books (Shariah-ul-Waqiah, Noor-ul-Anwar, Shariah-ul-Jami)

 

  1. Class Saadsa
    1. Must have passed in Class Khamsa with with 70% grades.
    2. The student’s age should not exceed 22 years. However, a 23 year old student will be considered
    3. Memorization of the Quran would be preferable.
    4. The memorization of the Quran of the student must be strong (the details of which are mentioned above)
      or must be read in a proper way.
    5. Spellings should be extremely strong and letters and dictation should be better.
    6. Arabic accent should be stiff
    7. Complete command over syntax.
    8. Examination will be taken on important books (Al-Hidaya, Muktasar-ul-Maani, Al-Hasami)

 

Admission Policy For Old Students

General Conditions for Admission

  1. Those students who get less that 60% grades will not be admitted, except for those students who have a practical
    and morally superior character, their decision will rest on mutual agreement. However, 40% marks are important.
  2. Those students for whom there are complaints will not be admitted and taken a decision for before the annual
    examinations. They will be suspended before their annual holidays.
  3. During the year students are expected to be punctual in their recitation and stiffness of accents of Arabic.
    Despite repeated warnings, those students who do not comply will be taken a decision for after mutual
    consultation.
  4. Regularity of prayers according to moral standards, obedience of teachers, good behavior with friends and
    colleagues, neatness and cleanliness, respectful towards students of higher or lower classes, and compliance of
    the rules of the University in general are expected from students.
